Clinical Manual Therapy Module 5
The Upper Quadrant
Its a wrap for our last course for 2017 with Clinical Manual Therapy Module 5 that covers the interesting and complex relationship between cervico-cranium complex to upper limb disorders. The course attracted a diverse crowd of participants from Kuwait, India, Egypt, U.A.E. and South Africa.
Participants observed, discovered and practiced the various assessment tools and methods taught by Dr. Ng Chong Ching, a licensed physiotherapist and qualified osteopath with 18 years of experience. Through theory followed by practicum, participants had an in-depth understanding of the neurodynamic concepts and using it in the assessment of the upper quadrant as well as the concept of cranial fascia and its relationship to the upper quadrant.
A special shout out and congratulations to Alaa Mohammed Salem Mohammed, physiotherapist from Egypt who is currently working in Al Ain for being the first participant to complete all five CMT modules and will be awarded with a Certificate in Clinical Manual Therapy (CCMT) upon completion of a case study. We wish Alaa a successful career with his newfound manual therapy with osteopathy specialist skills.
