Visceral Manipulation: Module 1 & 2 (Abdomen)
Visceral Manipulation (VM) was developed by world-renowned French Osteopath and Physiotherapist Jean-Pierre Barral.
VM assists functional and structural imbalances throughout the body including musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive and lymphatic dysfunction.
Explore the dynamics of motion and suspension in relation to organs, membranes & ligaments and examine the relationship of organs and structural or neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction in VM Module 1.
Explore the deeper structures within the abdominal cavity, focusing on the kidneys, pancreas, spleen, greater omentum, peritoneum, and their connective or suspensory tissues & learn about the concept of restriction planes, mobility and motility in VM Module 2 and begin to incorporate multiple long-lever techniques into your VM work.
VM1 is accredited by DHA with 10.5 CME points.
Both VM1 and VM2 is taking place from 20 – 28 April 2018, 4 days per Module.
