Clinical Manual Therapy Module 4 – Lower Quadrant Complex Course in Aug ’17 by Dr. Chong Ching Ng
It was a fun and stimulating 3 days of workshop where participants learned about the kinetic link of the lumbopelvic structures to dysfunctions of the lower limbs using various manual/orthopaedic assessments and treatment techniques.
A day out of the 3-days course was dedicated to learning and identifying different nerves and using neurodynamic and neural mobilisation techniques for the lower limbs including visceral linkage. Last but not least, specific exercise based therapy for the lower limbs were practiced upon aimed at correcting the lower quadrant kinetic chain dysfunction. After all, at MTS, we believe that movement therapy is the reason for motion is lotion to our spine and joints. 🙂

Upper limb disorders are commonly a reflection of the cervico-cranium and neural structural dysfunction. Module 5 examines the cervico-cranium complex to upper limb disorders.
